Terms of Service — GARAGE by KAMIKAZE

By using the GARAGE by KAMIKAZE mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided to help you manage your vehicle records and submit maintenance, repair, and custom-order requests to GARAGE by KAMIKAZE. You must provide accurate information when using the App.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Requests Submitted Through the App

Submitting a repair, maintenance, or custom-order request through the App does not itself constitute a confirmed booking or price quote. GARAGE by KAMIKAZE will contact you separately to confirm details, pricing, and scheduling.

4. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of any photos or information you upload. By uploading content, you grant us permission to store and display it back to you within the App for the purpose of operating the service.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GARAGE by KAMIKAZE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

利用規約

モバイルアプリケーション「GARAGE by KAMIKAZE」(以下「本アプリ」)をご利用いただくことで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 本アプリの利用

本アプリは、お客様の車両情報の管理、およびGARAGE by KAMIKAZEへの整備・修理・カスタム注文リクエストの送信を目的として提供されます。本アプリのご利用にあたっては、正確な情報をご入力ください。

2. アカウントの管理責任

お客様は、ご自身のアカウント情報の機密性を保持する責任、およびアカウント上で行われるすべての行為について責任を負うものとします。

3. 本アプリを通じて送信されるリクエストについて

本アプリを通じて修理・整備・カスタム注文のリクエストを送信しても、それ自体は予約確定や見積もり確定を意味しません。GARAGE by KAMIKAZEより、詳細・料金・日程についてあらためてご連絡いたします。

4. お客様が投稿するコンテンツ

アップロードされた写真や情報の権利はお客様に帰属します。コンテンツをアップロードすることにより、お客様は当社がサービス提供の目的でそれらを保存し、本アプリ内でお客様に表示することを許諾するものとします。

5. 保証の否認

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。本アプリが中断なく、またはエラーなく動作することを保証するものではありません。

6. 責任の制限

法令で許容される最大限の範囲において、GARAGE by KAMIKAZEは本アプリのご利用に起因する間接的または結果的な損害について責任を負いません。

7. 準拠法

本利用規約はアラブ首長国連邦の法律に準拠します。

8. 本規約の変更

本利用規約は随時更新される場合があります。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続された場合、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
